From 2025.11.06. 17:00:01 until 2025.12.05. 23:59:59. The drawing will take place on 2025.12.31 at 12:00:00. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the duration of the Game and the time of the drawing at any time with prior notice. |

Participation in the Game, Prize Award and Date of the Prize: |
Only a natural person who is at least 18 years of age, has a residential or habitual residence in one of the following European Union countries, possesses a valid personal identification document issued by the authority of one of these countries, and has their own Mobilredfox webshop account, and who is legally competent throughout the entire duration of the Game and does not fall under the category of excluded persons (the “Participant”) may take part in the Game. A person under the age of 18 may only participate in the Game and receive the Prize with the consent of their legal representative. The Prize consists of 1 (one) passenger car, 1 (one) Apple MacBook, 1 (one) Apple iPhone 17 Pro, and 1 (one) PlayStation 5 (the Prize). We inform you that the car featured in the campaign communications is not part of the prize draw; it is solely a campaign tool and will not be raffled off. The type of car that can be won is a Porsche Taycan, or if the winner chooses, a cash amount of equivalent value based on the car's market value. Please note that by beginning participation in the Game, you automatically accept the present Game Rules. Participation in the Game does not require the purchase of any product on the MOBILREDFOX website, other than registration. The Game does not qualify as gambling within the meaning of Act XXXIV of 1991 on the organization of gambling. This Game was not sponsored, endorsed, organized, or carried out in cooperation with Apple or Porsche. The data you provide in the Game will not be transferred to Apple or Porsche, but will be entered into the MOBILREDFOX database and used in the manner defined in these Game Rules. Apple and Porsche do not support or cooperate with the Game in any way and do not administer or monitor the Participants. |

Prize: |
The Prize consists of 1 (one) passenger car, 1 (one) Apple MacBook, 1 (one) Apple iPhone 17 Pro, and 1 (one) PlayStation 5 (the “Prize”). The Prize may not be transferred to another person; the Organizer shall provide the Prize exclusively to the Winner. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash, and no cash refund may be provided. The Prize may not be placed into commercial circulation. MOBILREDFOX shall notify the Winner within 72 hours following the drawing via the following method (“Notification”): The Winner is required to confirm receipt of the Notification and contact MOBILREDFOX customer service within 72 hours as described above. Regarding the Prize, the Organizer reserves the right to make changes during the Game. The Organizer states that its responsibility extends only to the provision of the Prize, and it is not responsible for any additional conditions necessary for the use or enjoyment of the Prize. MOBILREDFOX will exclude any Participant from the Game whose Prize cannot be delivered because the personal data provided in the Notification confirmation are false, incomplete, or incorrect, or if for any other reason the Participant does not meet the personal conditions set out in these Game Rules. The Organizer assumes no liability for damages resulting from incorrect data provision by the Participant. MOBILREDFOX excludes its liability for any circumstances arising after the Prize has been delivered, during the use of the Prize, or in connection with the Prize, either for the Winner or for any third person. By participating in the Game, the Participant acknowledges that the Organizer may hand over the Prize in the context of a public event, and that the Organizer may publish the Winner’s photo, as well as the content of any media interview conducted with the Winner regarding the Prize. |

Terms and conditions |
Persons who are owners, executive officers, employees, or otherwise in an employment or contractual relationship with MOBILREDFOX or with any companies or agencies participating in the organization or administration of the Game, as well as their relatives as defined under Section 8:1 (1) point 2 of the Hungarian Civil Code, are not eligible to participate in the Game. A person may participate in the Game multiple times, meaning that one User may fulfill the Participation Requirements more than once. Participation in the Game is voluntary and free of charge. If the Winner cannot be contacted (for example, due to personal email or social media settings preventing message delivery), and therefore loses entitlement to the Prize, they are not entitled to make any further claim against MOBILREDFOX. In such cases, MOBILREDFOX excludes any liability for the failure to deliver the Prize if the Winner becomes unreachable for any reason after being awarded the Prize. If the Winner’s provided data is incorrect or incomplete, or for any reason the Winner is not entitled to receive the Prize, MOBILREDFOX is not obliged to deliver the Prize again. Any additional costs arising in connection with the Prize shall be borne exclusively by the Winner. MOBILREDFOX excludes any liability for failures of the application or website caused by factors outside its control, during which the application or website may be unavailable or only partially usable. However, MOBILREDFOX will take all reasonably necessary steps to identify and correct such errors as soon as possible. MOBILREDFOX excludes liability for any external attacks against the application, website, or servers. Therefore, if system errors or incorrect automatic messages occur as a result of such attacks, MOBILREDFOX assumes no responsibility. MOBILREDFOX is not responsible for the availability or functioning of telecommunications or IT equipment, or for the actions of third parties. MOBILREDFOX is not liable for any malfunction of online platforms arising from causes beyond its control, including but not limited to: server failures or unavailability, lack of internet connectivity, backbone network disruptions, or unsuccessful connection attempts to the online platform or any part thereof. MOBILREDFOX will take all reasonably expected measures to ensure that participation is possible on all widely used types of computers, mobile phones, operating systems, and web browsers. However, MOBILREDFOX does not guarantee and is not responsible for the effectiveness or compatibility of these systems. Participation in the Game using an account registered by a third party is strictly prohibited. If a Participant does not use an account personally registered by themselves, they will be automatically excluded from the Game. MOBILREDFOX excludes all liability for disputes arising from the ownership or authorization of any user account used for participation. Participants are identified in the Game based on their account name used on the MOBILREDFOX website. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for technical issues arising from changes to account data outside its control (including account deletion or inaccessibility). By participating in the Game, Participants accept the principles of fair and respectful communication. MOBILREDFOX does not engage in or respond to negative or defamatory communication relating to the Game. Any questions or complaints regarding the Game must be submitted via email to info@mobilfox.com. All data provided in the Game is stored in the MOBILREDFOX database and will be processed in accordance with these Game Rules. MOBILREDFOX reserves the right to unilaterally modify, suspend, or terminate the Game or these Game Rules at any time, even during the Game period. MOBILREDFOX may exclude any Participant from the Game, particularly in cases of suspected abuse, rule violations, manipulation, or bad-faith behavior. Notice of modifications, suspension, or termination of the Game will be published at: The Organizer may automatically exclude participants who provide false information. The Organizer may verify whether Participants meet the Game Rules and may exclude any Participant who does not. Such exclusions are not subject to appeal. Participants who engage in dishonest conduct must compensate the Organizer for any damages resulting from such behavior. If MOBILREDFOX detects or reasonably suspects any form of (computer-based) manipulation, mass account creation, or behavior inconsistent with the spirit of the Game, the Participant may be excluded with immediate effect. The Organizer assumes no responsibility for any failure, delay, or damage occurring during the delivery of the Prize that is outside the Organizer’s control. If the Winner does not accept the Prize at the time agreed upon with the courier service or the Organizer, they cannot claim the Prize later. The Game and these Game Rules are governed by Hungarian law. Taxation and CostsMOBILREDFOX does not assume any taxes and contributions that may arise in connection with the receipt of the Subject Prize. The Winner is responsible for the vehicle’s registration, the originality inspection, and all steps of the road registration process, including the costs of obtaining license plates and completing other administrative procedures. The Winner shall pay the final delivery, customs clearance, and any other administrative costs related to the car to the Organizer. These costs cannot be postponed or waived and must be settled within 72 hours following the car selection in order to validly receive the Prize. After receiving the Prize, the Winner is responsible for paying any applicable prize tax in accordance with the laws of their country and must fully comply with all tax obligations arising from the receipt of the Prize. Under no circumstances shall the Winner be exempted from paying the prize tax. The Winner must complete the entire process required for the car handover and shall not be exempt from any payments necessary for receiving the Prize or for ensuring legal compliance. If the Winner does not wish to claim the passenger car as a Prize, they have the option to request a cash equivalent instead. In such a case, the cash amount will be calculated based on the market value of the vehicle selected by the Organizer, after deducting the abovementioned costs, including import, customs, delivery, registration, prize tax, and other related expenses. The resulting net cash amount will be paid to the Winner and will not be subject to any further obligations or deductions. |
PRIVACY POLICY AND DATA PROTECTION NOTICE
By accepting the Terms, you explicitly consent—based on appropriate information—that your personal data may be processed and stored by MOBILREDFOX, as the data controller, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), and in line with all applicable legal regulations, for the purpose of participating in the Prize Draw and maintaining contact, for the duration necessary to achieve the stated purpose or until you withdraw your consent, as specified in the privacy policy.

MOBILREDFOX processes the data of Players based on their consent, in line with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. In the case of selected winners, data is processed on a contractual basis, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, in order to fulfill the prize delivery and the associated gift agreement.
During the organization of the Prize Draw and the delivery of the prizes, MOBILREDFOX processes the following personal data:
For all participants: Name, Email address, Telephone number, Gender, Date of birth, Type of mobile device
For winners: Name, Email address, Telephone number, Gender, Date of birth, Type of mobile device
The data is processed for five years following the closure of the Game, in line with general limitation rules under Hungarian civil law. Any financial data generated in connection with the prize, qualifying as accounting documents, will be processed for a minimum of eight years, in accordance with Section 169(2) of Act C of 2000 on Accounting.
If data is processed based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time, without restriction, conditions, or justification, by sending an email to info@mobilfox.com. Upon withdrawal, MOBILREDFOX will promptly delete your data.
No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out during data processing. There is no targeted data transfer directly related to the Game; however, for registered accounts, the Data Controller may transmit personal data to its data processors (particularly Shopify and Infobip), which could result in the transfer of data to third countries (especially the United States). Details on such processors, the categories of data transmitted, and the legal bases for such transfers under Chapter V of the GDPR can be found in Annex 3 of the Privacy Policy.
The Data Controller takes all reasonable technical and organizational measures to ensure that personal data is not accidentally damaged or destroyed. These specific measures are described in detail in the Privacy Policy.
According to the GDPR, you have the right to be informed about how your data is handled, to access your personal data, to request its rectification or erasure, to restrict its processing, to object to its processing, and to exercise your right to data portability. You are entitled to information on the purpose, legal basis, and duration of the processing, as well as the identity and contact details of the Data Controller and its representatives, the recipients of your personal data, and your rights and available remedies (including the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority). This information is provided through this Privacy Notice.
You have the right to request confirmation about whether your personal data is being processed and to receive access to the data and related information. You are entitled to one free copy of your data; additional copies may incur a reasonable administrative fee. You may also request the correction of inaccurate data and the completion of incomplete data.
You may request the erasure of your personal data if it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, if you withdraw your consent and there is no other legal basis for the processing, if the data has been unlawfully processed, or if it must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation. If the processing is based on your consent, withdrawing it will mean you will no longer be able to use features dependent on that consent. Withdrawal does not affect the legality of data processing carried out prior to it.
You may request a restriction on the processing of your data in specific cases, such as when the accuracy of the data is contested, or if the data is no longer needed for processing but is required for legal claims.
You also have the right to receive the data you have provided in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to transmit that data to another data controller, where technically feasible. You may also request that your data be directly transferred between controllers.
If you feel your rights have been violated, you may submit a complaint to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11.), or initiate legal proceedings. The burden of proving compliance with data protection laws lies with the Data Controller. If damage is caused due to unlawful processing or data security failures, you may be entitled to compensation or moral damages. The Data Controller is not liable for damages if it proves that the harm was caused by an unavoidable external event beyond its control.
